Co-founded, built & led CSG's managed services & outsourcing team globally. Main responsibilities included setting overall Go to Market strategy, value propositions & business model development, drive sales pursuits on all major continents (North America, CALA, EMEA & APAC incl Australia), execute business transformation/change (incl enabling a different business approach across CSG through shifting to the Challenger Model), enable successful customer service delivery and team leadership (direct reporting team world wide). Main focus on helping our customers go through transformation, build new business models and establish new business architectures for the digital world.

I joined Intec (later sold to CSG in 2010) to help drive a business turn around with a new management team. My role was to help re-shape the go to market model globally and establish a partnerships and alliances business unit. Objective was to work with SI's and consulting companies in partnerships designed both to work as a channel but also provide delivery services. During my time in this role I lead the design of the program, built the business unit, hired the team (worldwide), drove internal change required to operate, developed a number of strategic partnerships with Tier 1 SI's and consulting companies. The overall the program contributed significantly to growing the company's overall pipeline and deal flow.

We transformed the sales & delivery strategy to focus more on consulting services and transformational programs, resulting in significantly improved orders and profitability.

A $30 billion provider of networked IT services with a comprehensive growth strategy underpinned by developing world-class strategic alliances. I co-founded and led the development & implementation of the major strategic Alliance with Hewlett-Packard. This included both a significant Managed Services / Outsuorcing transaction ($1.5bn) as well as a $2bn+ joint go to market sales programme (combining IT and network services).

A UK / US technology company that pioneered the automation of credit card fraud detection and alerting. Working closely with the Founder and CEO I built the product strategy function from ground up. Drove product portfolio direction plus integration to channel partner capabilities and platforms. Constructed a new XML-based platform for launching several new products globally, including the first mobile betting platform for horse racing together with Nokia. Adeptra was sold to FICO (NYSE FICO) for $115M in August 2012.

A leading UK E-Business consultancy focused on IT consulting services for blue chip clients in Europe. I joined as second round management after launching the company. I led the build out of our major customer sales group, drove some of our main projects (e.g. portal implementations for Misco & Knight Frank) and built a separate company within the group focusing on digital advertising and marketing consulting (which delivered major sales within 3 months of launch).
