February 2014 - April 2016: Delivery manager for JDE 9.1 implementation Client: Christie's, Auctions & private sales in decorative arts, wines, juwelry and more. Project: A Global implementation of a new ERP system (based on JDE E1 9.1, but heavily customized) with sales, transportation, and finance functionality and a custom built auction module. Role: Manage solution delivery (40 people) which are responsible for delivery of : - business requirements definition,- functional specifications, - development, - testing and - deployment. July 2013 - November 2013: Interim Service- & Delivery managerClient: A >10bln Euro international leader in building materials with offices all over Europe. Project: A European implementation of a new ERP system (JDE E1 9.1) with sales, purchase, supply chain, cash sales and finance functionality. The first country had gone live on the system. Role: As interim service & delivery mgr responsible for : - increasing effectiveness of the European servicedesk and delivery organisation, - improving the quality of and managing the bug-fix releases and - advising the CIO on the future roll-out strategy.

2012 - 2013: Project manager for Enterprise system reimplementation and upgrade Client: The European organisation of the worlds the World's leading Robotics company. Project: Goal of the project is to reimplement the enterprise system. In the first phase, goal is to align the three divisions and define one new European template. Second phase was to go-live with all 3 divisions within 3 months. Functional scope included sales, purchase, supply chain, manufacturing, advanced warehousing, service, HR and finance. Role: As project manager, responsible for shaping the project: definition and setting up of the project governance, methodologies, templates and tools. Defining the scope, managing delivery- , testing- and acceptance phases as well as the cut-over and hyper care phase. 2011 - 2012: Project manager for ERP integration project Client: The Netherlands division of a European technical wholesaler/retailer. Project: Integrate the advanced warehouse system with the new Enterprise system. Part of the interfaces were developed in India. Role: As project manager, responsible for managing the delivery- , testing- and acceptance phases as well as the cut-over and hyper care phase. 2010 - 2012: JDE E1 implementation project (12 sites in Germany)Project: Implementation of JDE E1 9.0 in 12 sites in Germany.
