• Responsible for the end to end design/development/deployment of the learning solution of the Req2Res program. This learning solution contains 27 roles and has 17 thousand end-users. For the learning solution 600+ learning materials are used in the 27 different role trainings. Every year 2 releases are done.o Manage design in accordance with agreed conditions of time and costo Engage with BPE to extract content and manage the BPE’s(25 FTE) input and feedbacko Responsible for the timeline of creating/updating/maintaining of the learning solutionso Engage with stakeholders of the project.o Work together with Q&R on Qualityo Work together with deployment team on getting all content available in LMSo Manage team in India for creation of simulations
