I retired after 27 amazing years in the Army. I am currently using my operational, leadership, team building, and decision-making skills and experience as a Construction Project Manager. In my past assignments, it was essential that I remain flexible, think critically and develop my subordinatesI was fortunate to have opportunities to acquire a number of skills including crisis response, contingency planning, team building, senior leader advisory, training development & management. I was also fortunate to have leaders who taught me the importance of communication. Thanks to a number of challenging experiences, I have become adept at problem-solving and time management. Contributions I bring to the table are my abilities to manage multiple large-scale projects, tasks, and priorities effectively within budget and on time. I've been recognized for the ability to bring out excellence in individuals and motivating team members to achieve their potential while working toward common goals to develop individuals into productive members of a team, a strong work ethic, and experience as an overseas operations manager.
