I am enjoying the healthcare and leisure industry in Europe and throughout the world for over 25 years. I have worked for both private owned and international multi-site health & leisure operators on different (inter)national executive levels as well as having my own business.I have a successful track record in sales, marketing, retail, human resources, operations and customer services. I have extended experience with club openings, acquisitions and mergers. Building high performance teams, creating brand value and optimizing operational efficiency are my core competences.To contribute in the development of our industry and activate people to lead an active lifestyle I participate in different platforms like VES, NL Actief, and EHFA and contribute to sports academies and universities. Over the last years I wrote articles for Dutch industry papers and I am a presenter for different (sports)organizations.I share my experience via FiTCON; the academy that enables young professionals to boost their day-to-day output and increase their business performance.
