At Pcubed, I worked on building and packaging of strategic PPM solutions for North America (NA). I then ran the Great Lakes Region where I successfully completed a turn around and led it to become one of the most successful regions in NA. Lastly, I ran the South Central and Southeast Regions where I was building out our client base, sales and delivery teams.This experience provided me the ability to look at internal operations and build a successful delivery team that could help customer improve their PPM maturity and delivery capability.

My positions at Immedient included becoming the first National Delivery Director responsible for overall delivery for projects for ten US offices. Enterprise Project Management Practice Director where I built a multi-million dollar practice that was highly recognized by Microsoft Nationally. Then became Vice President of Enterprise Solutions where I was responsible for all solution practices, including: EPM, CRM, Mobile Wireless, Business Information and Collaboration and Office Solutions.This experience has allowed me to quickly identify solutions built on the Microsoft Platform that will solve busines problems and add value.
