In my last role and my latest part time role, I have established the architecture capability including architecture governance, artifacts, and processes to start the enterprise architecture journey. I have also been involved in multiple M&A projects, including establishing an integration playbook for business application and business transformation. I have worked closely with PMO teams, the Business Relationship Management Teams, and the IT Service and Operation teams, collaboratively developing directions for IT projects and initiatives. . My mission is to enable the business to achieve strategic goals and objectives by reviewing and recommending innovative, scalable, and reliable IT solutions that align with the enterprise vision and standards. A large component to develop future strategy is to look at what the current state is, and perform reliable discovery exercises to fully grasp what the current landscape is.
