This enabled the team to provide the quarterly report and meet customer expectations. • Coaching others in the team with bespoke reporting to assist with their clients’ reporting needs.

I gathered and then evaluated relevant information to enable me to determine whether the customer's request could be actioned. This sometimes involved upward reporting where necessary. Written and verbal communication with head office and with the customers took place on a regular basis. I also closely analysed all the reports associated with the Fraud and Compliance unit.
