CurrentResponsible for deploying a corporate Business Process Management (BPM) framework and for instituting a Continuous Improvement (CI) program in North America at multiple locations.Completed Green Belt / Yellow Belt projects and Kaizen events with savings of ~$1,300,000. Completed mapping business processes with process owners, identified metrics and opportunities to improve. Setup and facilitate Continuous Improvement Council with site leadership to architect / oversee CI implementation, identify projects / belt candidates and define goals and objectives. Started department Huddle Boards for daily metric reviews, brainstorm solutions and track improvements. Conduct Yellow Belt training to provide all employees the skill set to solve problems and continuously improve. Consulted with Site Leader to develop and deploy a balanced scorecard with lagging and leading metrics.
