My professional background includes 13 years military service, retail, health and fitness, restaurant and for the last 18 years in the residential construction industry. During this time, I have developed the skills and experiences that enable me to excel in all of these varied enterprises and to thrive in construction during the post 911 slump in the economy. My professional experiences have taught me the key elements for maintaining a successful operation. These elements include having a keen understanding of business, well-developed processes and systems and quality people in all positions within the organization. Ultimately, I believe that an organization that has a culture of care for all its stakeholders will produce an environment that will yield optimum results for her customers, the organization and employees. I am fortunate to belong to such an organization.The ultimate success of our business comes from maintaining a consistent focus on quality and performance. We do this by carefully measuring operational results and comparing them to our business objectives. We utilize the data to define our short-term strategies and to refine our process and systems to achieve our long-term goals.
