Richard Wegman is engaged in administrative and legislative practice on behalf of U.S. and foreign public entities, trade associations, and private corporations, both for-profit and nonprofit. He has handled clean air and natural resource issues for the government of Canada and the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba, environmental matters for the government of Bermuda, and energy, trade and tax legislative matters for U.S. Steel Corporation and Marathon Oil Corporation.During his service in the public sector, he served as chief counsel and staff director of the U.S. Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs.
