About Richard Wells

I am an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director with a track record of building sustainable growth in SMEs and start-ups to support the development of resilience in highly competitive markets. From start up I managed, led and grew the RTS Group comprising UK and international businesses, building a highly successful team of 52 core employees and 110 associates. RTS clients are national and international corporates. The company specialises in soft skills and management development programmes including the design of business and sales processes to support culture change. Following consistent year on year growth, I sold RTS Group via an MBO to my team of 5 Directors in 2015. I remain as a minority shareholder.I now operate on an independent basis as Richtalk UK Ltd working closely with businesses to enable the achievement of sustainable growth and profitability. I set up RTS Consultants from a zero baseline and the subsequent acquisition of RTS International and Fimtrac F&I and Compliance Ltd in 2009 enabled significant business growth.
