After two decades working in public service for the world’s biggest news brand I decided to take on a new challenge at the world’s biggest tour operator. I built many transferable skills whilst working for the BBC which helped me secure my new role at TUI. I work in customer operations at their HQ close to London Luton airport. We are the 24/7 incident response for any on-the-day disruption to our customer experience. We work closely with flight operations as well as retail and destination teams.
