I was primary first tier support person for the USA, and I worked at the office located in downtown Manhattan on Broadway, around the corner from the NYSE. (Disclaimer: the biggest clients had people they dealt with directly, often onsite.) Though the job was a good job, I wanted to try my hand at being an author, so I left to pursue that dream.
