Founding Trustee, and Secretary to the Board of Trustees. The BHS Endowment Trust managed the endowment funds for its primary beneficiary, Benedictine High School. Endowment Trust's primary responsibility was the preservation of capital and production of income to fund student scholarships and faculty development. As Secretary to the Board, gained extensive experience in governance of not-for-profit organization.

Elected Trustee and Scholarship Committee Chairman. The Polonia Foundation's primary purpose is to provide annual scholarships to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students who are of Polish-American descent. As Scholarship Committee Chairman, worked with the committee in its selection of scholarship recipients, streamlined application review process, assisted with upgrade of electronic communications with colleges and universities, and handled various student inquiries.

Elected Trustee of the CMLAA. The primary mission of the CMLAA is to support the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law of Cleveland State University by providing student scholarships, student mentoring, faculty development, and to promote the Law School. Served on Nominating Committee. Successfully recruited alumni to join as Life Members of the CMLAA.

Assisted trial judges in research and drafting of judicial opinions and jury instructions. Conducted case management and pre-trial conferences with trial counsel.
