    As Chief Digital Officer, I built a team that extended from product, UX and design, to editorial, video and social media. In the first 18 months, we delivered explosive growth: 15x increase in monthly cross-platform audience to 29MM, doubling of registered users to 1.8MM, 5x increase in action-taking, and 20x increase in rewards entries. Along the way, we launched hugely successful mobile apps, OTT streaming apps, and overhauled our web properties. As Chief Marketing Officer, my teams managed overall branding, global strategy, events, partnerships and audience development. In the first six months, my team developed core brand research, strategy and messaging across new and existing territories and products. In the second six months, we launched successfully in India, staged our first tentpole broadcast event in Canada, re-launched in Germany, and rolled out citizenship activations for American millennials. In addition to launching the first citizenship loyalty program, my team helped secure significant new revenue from partners, and delivered value to several existing partnerships. We reinvented the brand architecture, its core messaging and creative identity, and executed innovative campaigns in the digital and out-of-home environments.
