• Monitor day-to-day operation of large-scale computing infrastructure involving large amounts ofdata.• Monitor core platform services and data streaming consumer services.• Fix periodic issues regarding production performance to assure the integrity of data at all times • Help to implement ideas on how to best support and deliver uptime over 99.99%.• Determine the cause of downtime and take appropriate actions to resolve the same.• Assist in triage and incident management with collection and analysis of performance metrics. • Provide technical support to Customer Service Representatives as required.

• Provide first and second-level support for customers’ IT Infrastructure.• Conducting a periodic review of critical production IT infrastructure assets to ensure they are integrated into the SIEM and other security monitoring solutions.• Proactively evaluating IT infrastructure environment against published information from intelligence sources to identify and address gaps and indicators of compromise.• Performance of vulnerability assessment on the Company’s information systems and ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed within a defined time.• Conducting a regular review of Endpoints to identify deviations from established security baselines.• Performing security reviews of servers and network infrastructure devices against established security baselines.• Performing vulnerability and security architecture assessments for new technology infrastructure introduced into the production environment.• Providing second-level support for investigation and analysis of identified and reported security incidents.• Actively participating in the incident response processes and activities.• Participating in the preparatory activities for ISO/EIC 27001 Audits.• Exploring and maximizing the use of Microsoft M365 security suite.• Review information security tools and ensure optimal value delivery.• Review Splunk and McAfee SIEM, FIM, DAM, Azure Sentinel, and DLP events to identify any non-conformity, security events, and threats and liaise with relevant departments for remediation.• Carry out IT Infrastructure needs assessment as part of a review of the customer's IT strategy.• Manage and upgrade core applications such as Microsoft Exchange, VMware hypervisors, Nutanix HCI, backup solutions, and monitoring tools to support growing IT needs• Design and update data-center core computing infrastructure• Use Vulnerability Assessment tools such as Nessus, and NMAP to perform security testing
