• Provide project estimates to account representatives through thorough equipment surveys• Schedule and coordinate manpower with construction and modernization departments• Manage open order projects to ensure they achieve a positive Performance to Estimate ratio• Evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis to identify areas for improvement• Captain the implementation of Product Upgrade Initiatives for the Greater Branch Office of Southwestern Ontario• Lead liaison to the TSSA for major and minor alterations to elevating devices for Southwestern Ontario• Implement and enforce the company safety policies and provide ongoing training relating to the safety program• Monitor the performance of maintenance mechanics and look for opportunities to improve efficiency• Provide technical support and field education training to field mechanics• Manage the operational labour and material budgets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

• Implement engineering solutions to improve the safety and efficiency of the production line in the welding department• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot product turn-backs further down the production line• Manage major maintenance projects during scheduled shutdown periods during the year
