Manages Pacific Air Force's sole engine Centralized Regional Repair Facility operations maintaining 63 A-10A (TF34-GE-100A) & 132 F-15C/D (F100-PW-220) aircraft engines. Directed Pacific Command's depot level repair/calibration of 10,000 precision measurement items for 173 units valued at $110M.

Led 50 quality inspectors evaluating 2.4K personnel in support of 54 F-15, 15 KC-135, 10 HH-60, 2 E-3 aircraft valued more than $4B in the largest combat-coded maintenance group in the United States Air Force. Advised Maintenance Group leaders & five Squadron commanders on technical issues/Time Compliance Technical Orders, repairs, modifications and component installation quality. Developed Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Plan, Operating Instructions, and Maintenance Group directives to ensure quality maintenance; analyzed trends, mishaps & built countermeasures. Oversaw Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP), Product Improvement Program, monitored item repairs and Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs). Also served as the 18th Wing Inspector General's "Wing Inspection Team" lead for the Maintenance Group.

Developed long/short-range goals ensuring fleet engine health and sustained combat capability for both 18th and 51st Wings.
