Responsible for all finance, legal, HR, facilities, and transaction processing as we restored the company to positive cash flow within one year.

Completed several major trade sales of client companies, including both Australia's largest financial planning practice and its largest independent property funds management company.

Serves first as an independent Director, then as Executive Director of this private company that managed $2 Billion in both listed and unlisted property trusts. Oversaw investments in commercial and retail properties as well as administering trusts that invested principally in other listed property trusts.

Negotiated the sale of Schwab to Bank of America and the subsequent LBO, and managed Schwab's IPO in 1987. Joined the company when it employed 23 people and left when it employed over 6,000.
