As the co-founder and COO of Teksands.ai, I lead the operations and strategy of a data-driven AI startup that helps businesses optimize their processes, products, and services. With over 14 years of experience in public relations, finance, and marketing, I have a strong background in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, investors, media, and customers.I am also passionate about empowering the youth and developing their skills for the future. I serve as the joint secretary of NHRD Bangalore Chapter, a network of human resource professionals that promotes learning and development in the industry. I also co-chair BCIC CSR Expert committee, a platform that supports social responsibility among the industries in Karnataka.
