Started Quality Cleaning Service as a sole proprietership April 1 1975. No foolin'! The business was incorporated February 4, 1977. I began to look for ways to educate myself on the cleaning industry and came across the Southwest Association of Building Service Contractors (SWABSCO). Through SWABSCO, I became familiar with and joined the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). BSCAI is the granddaddy association for the janitor service industry. I became involved with several committees including "Insurance and Safety" and "Membership". I served three years on the Board of Directors, 1986 to 1989. BSCAI was my answer to educating myself on the janitor industry. I enrolled in and became Certified as Building Service Executive in 1982 and recertified through educational seminars for 20 years. The friendships I made within the BSCAI has been invaluable in my business career.The BSCAI helped me determine my niche in the janitor service industry. Today, the focus of Quality Cleaning Service, Inc. is to clean small, private, independent business. Our primary clients are medical, insurance, banks, and small technology businesses. Our service area is Richardson, Plano, Garland, and North Dallas. When we clean all the business in these areas, we look to expand the service area!Specialties: Janitorial Service, QCS INC provides daily janitor service, strips and refinishes tile floors including ESD floors, cleans carpets and windows, provides light building maintenance including replacing light tubes and fixing leaky faucets.
