Responsible for all aspects of systems engineering for the CSC Program, setting direction for the department and participating in executive level meetings as required by the Senior VP. Managing a team of more than 100 engineers and specialists across the following engineering disciplines and activities: Systems Engineering - Requirements Management; Validation and Acceptance. Specialty Engineering – Human Systems Integration and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects. Transversals Engineering – Survivability, Recoverability, Shock, Noise and Vibrations, Signature Management. Software Assurance – Software Management and Assurance. Security Assurance – Systems Security Engineering and Supply Chain Security. Safety and Environment Management - Development of the Safety and Environmental Case Management System. Certification Management – All certification activities including working with Lloyds Register Canada. Supportability – Future training needs along with Logistic Support Analysis. Operability and Fleet Introduction – Future focus on infrastructure and enabling capabilities to help RCN succeed in transition to service. Engineering Change and Configuration Management; and Development and Management of Technical Metrics for the CSC Program.

Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA) resulting from the amalgamation of the four Atlantic Canadian provinces into a single body to represent the industry from a Pan-Atlantic perspective. The new association has 200 industry members across the Atlantic region.Reporting to the Board of Directors, accountable for the overall management and success of ACADA, providing leadership in the following key areas: Strategic direction of ACADA. Policy direction, internal and external representation and communications. Corporate governance of the ACADA. Operational excellence. Open and positive organizational culture.
