I’ve been involved in charity volunteer work for the last 5 years, focusing mainly around mental illness and supporting vulnerable young people. Working with organisations like Time To Change, Mind and OCD Action, I’ve been part of media campaigns on television and radio as well as in print.I’m a freelance writer with various media organisations such as the Guardian, Telegraph, Huff Post and Kerrang! Radio. I’m the current Chair of the Youth Advisory Panel for OCD Action as well as a Mind Media award winner (2017). I have solid experience in communications, social media and public speaking. My ambition is to continue the work I’ve been doing to further help people that live with mental illness.
