Passionate for efficiency this is an honor to serve in a roll of stewardship over the IT Infrastructure and Church Management Database system along with other process improvements. The Church Management Database was migrated from an aging internally managed Client/Server system to a cloud Based Solution with high availability and Disaster Recovery built-in. Through these enhancements the church was able to implement better security for the Children and Student Ministries through secure checkin systems, while enhancing the services for all ministries with integrated Registration forms, group communications, Work Flow Processes and Payment systems. To extend the lifespan of desktops, servers and wireless network key investments in cost effective solutions allowed the rollout of new hardware without need of increased annual budget. The resulting desktop hardware extended the hardware from 3 to 5 year replacement cycle and the Wi-Fi network is expandable without any ongoing annual contracts to burden the budget.
