During his tenure with Eastman Kodak, Rich advanced from Product Manager, Brazil, to General Manager, Americas Region, managing the P&L for a $1.2 billion region. In his GM role, he turned around an underperforming business unit, introducing new product categories generating $500 million in revenue and improving EBITDA by $88 million.Rich holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School in the UK and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
