I find trade related professionals to do work for well known clients in retail, restaurants etc. As a Sales Recruiter at Genpro, Inc., a leading 3PL company with over 30 years of experience, I was tasked with finding and hiring top talent in the areas of business development, account management, carrier sales and other roles as needed. I leveraged my industry knowledge, CRM skills, and relationship building abilities to source, qualify, and close candidates for active searches within the fast-paced and competitive logistics market. I also utilized social networking and database tools to maintain an active pipeline of candidates and prospect for new business opportunities. Prior to joining Genpro, I was a Search Associate at Corporate Information Systems, a Forbes-recognized recruiting firm, where I specialized in software sales, emerging tech, and industrial and materials management. I sourced candidates for key wins in various sectors, such as AI, RPA, BPM, telehealth, storage, and SaaS collaboration. I also collaborated with senior recruiters and account managers to deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates. With over 6 years of combined experience as a recruiter, I have developed a strong passion for connecting people with the right opportunities and helping them achieve their career goals. I am a certified HR professional and a graduate of Nichols College with a degree in Business Administration - Human Resource Management. I am currently in transition and open for a new opportunity.
