Before joining The CMOOR Group in Louisville as an Instructional Designer, I spent eight years with CNET Networks (now CBS Interactive) where I spent most of my time as a Content Manager for TechRepublic.com and ZDNet.com newsletters, working to fully integrate marketing and editorial newsletters with the primary Web sites they serve. I also worked on management teams tasked with producing cutting-edge Web sites and services, exploring and implementing a number of strategies on community engagement, social networking, and Search Engine Optimization. In addition to managing contract editors and writers, I also worked as editorial liaison with several departments, conducting quality improvement and critique sessions.
