Responsible for ensuring safety compliance of drywall and ceiling installers working on a remodel project at the Johns Creek, GA Alcon Laboratories facilities. Developed Job Hazard Analysis for associated operations. Completed daily pre-task plans for work being performed. Held daily toolbox safety meetings with Ultra personnel. Observed daily operations and corrected at risk situations on the spot.

Full responsibility for all safety activities for McLean personnel who worked on the New Falcons Stadium (Mercedes Benz Stadium) project in Atlanta, Georgia. Developed JHAs for the McLean project activities. Assisted in training McLean and other personnel in OSHA 10 hour Construction Safety and Health. Performed safety training for McLean personnel, including other projects in Atlanta. Performed daily hands-on safety inspections.

Actively administer all safety aspects of Heavy Equipment Movers and Installation (HEMI) Systems personnel programs and activities. HEMI performs project work throughout the United States. This includes work at sites governed by the Mine Safety and Health Administration and work performed at sites governed by OSHA, both construction and general industry. Train personnel in safe work procedures. Perform safety audits at project sites.

Provided exceptional project safety oversight on the Maynard Holbert Jackson International Terminal project. Through my oversight the millwrights of our major subcontractor, Commercial Contracting Corporation, worked over 100,000 incident free hours on this project. Assisted other Safety personnel in conducting free OSHA 30 hour Construction Safety courses for site personnel. Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

Performed daily safety oversight of the McLean employees at the CONRAC construction project Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Monitored daily construction activities to insure safety of McLean and other contractor personnel. Helped develop and review job hazard analysis for each project activity to ensure safe operations. Maintained daily and weekly safety inspection logs, and submitted safety reports to the project prime contractor. Assisted prime contractor in conducting project safety orientations. Provided 10 and 30 hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health training to project personnel.

Performed daily safety oversight of the Parking Revenue Control System construction project Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Developed project specific safety plan including all aspects of construction safety for this project. Monitor daily construction activities to insure safety of project and public personnel. Helped develop and review job hazard analysis for each project activity to ensure safe operations. Trained project personnel on safe operations per the site specific safety plan. Developed training programs for Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Office Ergonomics and presented safety training sessions on those subjects.SPECIAL TETRA TECH ASSIGNMENT:ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COUNTRY MANAGER, OCTOBER 2003 – JULY 2004, TTEC, ELENI PROJECT, DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY SECOND LINE OF DEFENSE CONTRACT, GREECE. Managed the health and safety program for the entire foreign country (Greece) where TtEC was installing monitoring equipment for the U.S. Department of Energy. Wrote the health and safety plan for this project and trained in-country personnel on the plan. Developed safety plan for Greek subcontractor and ensured they understood how to implement the plan. Directed the site environmental safety supervisors for all seven of the different construction sites located throughout Greece. Traveled to each construction site to monitor, audit and assist the site safety program. Coordinated with construction managers to ensure all safety aspects were being complied with. Construction work involved trenching, concrete work, paving, electrical installation involving personnel and vehicle monitoring portals.

Downloaded, reviewed and compiled industrial hygiene data from studies performed by NIOSH personnel. Originated printed documents (spreadsheets) of filed survey results. Performed quality control review of survey questionaires produced by contract industrial hygienists. Ensured integrity of data gathered by four state centers and a major government contractor. Developed data tracking system for documenting turnaround and completion of indivual subject files.
