In short - Rich has been investing in real estate for over 12 years closing 200+ deals. After college, instead of taking the traditional path of a job, Rich started his own contracting company and built it to one of the larger residential painting companies in the Twin Cities.Rich's passion for helping others led him to speaking on a quarterly basis to members of Certified Contractors Network; a national organization. Rich taught business planning and profitable job structuring which eventually led him to serve on its board of directors. This also led Rich to consulting.
