This role extends my Digital Transformation responsibilities; I now lead the BVC practice for APAC. This allows me to present both the technology vision and complement this with quantifiable business benefits. I work directly on multiple large customer expansions across APAC which typically combine new technology solutions to technical problems and support them with a comprehensive business case. I also interact directly with internal teams and partners to ensure customer requirements are being met.Examples:A payment platform built by one of our customers had to adapt quickly to a new government initiative for cashless payment. I positioned the new technology solution which means they will continue to meet industry leading uptime while remaining highly agile. My comprehensive business case, presented directly to executives, secured their buy-in.A federal government agency was performing a regular security audit. Working directly with our CISO I ensured not only was the customer's security requirements were met, thereby avoiding churn and setting the potential for expanding but also influencing OutSystems' overall product direction for security compliance.I crafted a new go-to-market strategy with a large technology alliance partner to drive the adoption of OutSystems as the key part of a large cloud modernisation program. This is currently being executed at 2 pilot customers.
