on 1 February 2021 I completed a management buyout of AVX Electronics Technology Ltd from AVX Corporation renaming it to HALOSENSOR Electronics Technology Ltd and relocating the business & assets to Wickford, Essex under my ZB3 Technologies Ltd company.
