Without exception, every person I meet has questions when they find out I’m a Chiropractor. Who doesn’t wish they had better mobility, better flexibility and more energy to do the things they love? The thought of realizing these things we once took for granted however, is long-forgotten; put on the backburner because more prevalent conditions such as stress, illness, aches and pains and an overall lack of physical health occupy the mind.What many don't realize is by simply focusing on achieving better mobility and better flexibility, energy goes through the roof, the body functions as it should and many conditions improve.Well, THIS is what I do. I help get bodies moving. As a Chiropractor, I look for dysfunctions of movement throughout the body. We refer to these as subluxations. And once found, I seek to eliminate these dysfunctions of movement.The presence of subluxation, a lack of proper movement within joints, leads to undue stress on the body and causes nervous system interference. This interference with the system of nerves within the body wreaks havoc on the body's innate ability to regulate its many processes and results in deterioration and further dysfunction. When movement is limited, joint degeneration, stiffness and pain are experienced as other structures are forced to compensate.By removing subluxation, the body is allowed to return to a state of relaxation, the state necessary for your body to accomplish a healthy body and a healthy immune system.What do you know about Chiropractic?
