Enjoying orchestrating huge process changes across full Consumer end to end day1 invoice collections through to legal action and enforcement my results over a number of years blasted expectations out of the water. Strong experience of strategy/process design for maximising income returns/minimising losses across non-standard bad debt situations (including complaint/fraud/insolvency/dispute resolution). Focussed upon effective man-management/resource deployment specialising across periods of significant Change, including platform migration/workload re-alignment, colleague re-deployment - all without losing sight of achieving upon key deliverables. Very comfortable applying robust performance management skills, for continued max output/optimum returns.
