My experience as a teaching intern in Math (Grade 6) and Science (Grade 3) allowed me to gain a better understanding of the teaching profession and the importance of fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. I also learned valuable lessons in classroom management and how to create engaging and effective lessons.

As the Outreach Committee Head of the Student Government Committee on Student Organizations, I had the opportunity to lead a team of highly motivated and passionate individuals who were dedicated to increasing student involvement in communities outside the campus. Our team was responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive outreach plan that included forming and expanding relationships with student organizations, identifying opportunities for student organizations to collaborate, and providing resources and guidance to student organizations in order to support their success in their outreach programs.I was proud to lead a team that was focused on increasing student engagement and creating meaningful connections between student organizations, the student body, and different communities. We organized events and crafted and distributed promotional materials. We also worked closely with the University’s administration to ensure that our initiatives were in line with the policies and procedures of the university.My experience as the Outreach Committee Head of ComSO was incredibly rewarding. I was able to learn and grow in my leadership abilities, build relationships with student organizations, and gain an appreciation for the complexity of student engagement initiatives. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such an amazing team and for the opportunity to help make a positive impact on different communities.

My experience as an Events Committee member of the Student Government Committee on Student Organizations has been incredibly rewarding. As a member of the committee, I have had the opportunity to plan and execute a variety of events for student clubs and organizations on campus. From planning large-scale events such as sports fests and university founder's day celebrations to smaller-scale events like org nights, I have been able to gain a great deal of experience in event planning and management. I have been able to work with a variety of student clubs and organizations to ensure the success of their events. Additionally, I have been able to work with other committee members to brainstorm and develop creative and unique ideas for future events. This has enabled me to hone my skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. My experience as a member of the Events Committee has been incredibly valuable, and I am proud to have had the opportunity to be a part of it.

As a layout artist for Siglo Ngayon (School Publication for Teachers), I was responsible for taking content from writers, editors, and designers and arranging it in a visually appealing format. I had to use a combination of creativity and technical skills in order to create layouts that were both attractive and organized.My duties included understanding the publication’s overall design aesthetic and applying it to each page. I had to decide on the best font, color scheme, and imagery to use in order to keep the publication consistent. I also had to ensure that all elements were properly aligned and that the page was easy to read.In addition, I had to be aware of the publication’s deadlines and make sure that all content was ready to be printed in a timely manner. I had to be able to troubleshoot any problems that arose and work with other members of the team to ensure that the publication went to print without any delays.Overall, working as a layout artist for a school publication was a great experience. I was able to hone my technical skills and gain valuable experience in the field of graphic design that I could use in the future.
