Analyze, compare and negotiate the received offers from the subcontractor.

Responsible to carry out various project based activities during my rotation as Graduate Engineer within R&D, sales and commercial department. The main projects those I carried out are:• Assisted Product Engineers with new product development, schedule new product trial activities and make sure project is completed on time.• Understand scrap generation from manufacturing processes and material flow, alongside prepared report on methods to reduce scrap generated. • Carried out product benchmarking exercise to improve the manufacturing process.• Measured Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and came up with ways to improve the manufacturing process efficiency.

• Energy audit using AS 3598:2000, at William Adam Clayton premises. • Recommended energy performance monitoring, and NGERS compliance investigation.• Evaluated HVAC system efficiency using AIRAH handbooks. • Evaluated compressor efficiency and proposed energy efficient engine testing facility.• Reviewed the existing lighting system in the building, recommended measures for lighting efficiency where feasible.• Assessments of all the energy efficiency opportunities, associated cost and benefits.
