Our Forest is a climate tech startup that empowers people and businesses to help restore the Earth through reforestation. At Our Forest, I was able to learn from more experienced developers, take ownership of smaller projects, and team up with a Designer and Product Manager to create user-friendly solutions to important problems.Web Application- Coded a user dashboard in a modern JavaScript tech stack (Vue.js, TypeScript, and SASS) for a responsive web application where users can subscribe to support environmental organizations and view the impact they’re making on their online profile. Chrome ExtensionTree Counter- Created an SVG tree counter that works in all major browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge) and on all mobile device sizes. Uses JavaScript, parsing, and interaction with a backend (Python/ Django) to help businesses showcase their environmental impact.Chrome extension- Instrumented analytics (Amplitude, Clarity). Developed a flyout menu and tree counter progress bar using a modern JavaScript tech stack (Vue.js, TypeScript, and SASS) and interaction with a backend (Python/ Django) for an interactive dashboard that allows users to plant trees by viewing ads.

Signal is a user-friendly trading platform for cryptocurrency traders. At Signal, I was able to help people overcome their technical difficulties and see firsthand how important high-quality UI/UX and documentation are.Customer Support- Helped users install and use the software on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows, as well as the web application in their browser. Managed customer relations remotely using an IT ticketing software (Help Scout).Account Manager- Even though it wasn’t what I was hired for, I was able to go beyond my role and apply my knowledge of Python (self-taught) to help maintain and update special-purpose scripts that made off-platform changes to user accounts that could not be done through APIs.

TKC is a custom millwork shop for homes and commercial spaces. At TKC, I helped people bring their dreams to life by creating custom designs for their homes.Interior Designer- Gathered requirements from homeowners and home builders and worked as part of a team to create high-quality products. Used computer-aided design software to create detailed design specifications that were taken to production to create custom millwork.
