I’m an experienced business leader with expertise in developing strategic direction, leading organisational change, delivering operational results, driving employee engagement and improving customer experience. I am an effective communicator, results oriented and passionate about people. I have experience across a number of industries, including Telecommunications, TV, Call Centres, Trade Services and Community Services. I’m dedicated and known for delivering outcomes and creative thinking.In more recent years, I’ve built my own small business and developed it into a successful, highly regarded local business. Growing this business was the perfect opportunity for me to use my years of corporate experience to build something from the ground up with the core values and foundations that I knew would build success and continued growth. It was also the perfect role for me while my children were young, so that I could be more hands-on in both worlds, professional and personal. The sale of this business (currently in process) presents the opportunity for me to look for my next challenge.I am particularly passionate about Community Services and Not For Profit organisations, as I’ve been far more active in this space over the last 5 years. Serving on the board of a number of local organisations, including secretary of the board for The Breakfast Club Redcliffe. A local charity focused on feeding and supporting community members experiencing homelessness or hardship. Very rewarding work. In my entire working career, I am yet to work in a role that I did not offer 110% commitment and produce exceptional results. It’s just who I am.
