Program Management: Management of several diverse small projects for international O&M Operations, currently managing multiple Space production programs for commercial, NASA, and DoD prime customers.Contracting: 18 years of Federal, Commercial, and International contracting experience including: DoD, DoS, NASA, GSA, IDIQ, FMS, NATO and NAFTA contracting in accordance with FAR/DFARS regulations, NAFTA and NATO T&Cs, EU Tender rules, and UCC standards.Subcontracting: 12 years subcontracting experience, including negotiation of T&Cs, LTAs, and general subcontract administration. Experience includes supporting multiple large subcontracts, including material buys, IT and other services, minor construction and civil engineering projects, and logistical support.Agreements: Significant experience negotiating Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Exclusivity, and other agreements to further company initiatives.Proposal Support: Significant and varied proposal support experience, covering contracting, subcontracting, technical compliance, and reporting compliance. Previous experience includes support of a variety of efforts spanning a range of contracting types: IDIQ, DoD, DoS, NASA, Commercial, and International. Licensing: Experience supporting sales of licensed products, including development of a licensing strategy for new products and licensing agreement language, including incorporation of vendors’ licensing terms.Export Compliance: Developed and implemented the Export Compliance Program for the export of ITAR- and EAR-regulated equipment, including: training, recordkeeping, equipment and software classification, and license applications. Material/Property Management: Developed and implemented a compliant Property Management program for Government Furnished Equipment including: recordkeeping, training, equipment classification, program sustainment and improvement processes.
