Successfully introduced a Facebook fan page creation product that within a year was a $3M run rate product and one of the 10 most viewed apps on Facebook. • Online Acquisition and Marketing – Increased sign-ups from 17K to 20K per day through SEM, SEO and e-mail marketing techniques. Improved retention/upgrade metrics by over 50% through promotions, e-mail reachback, credit card dunning and other online marketing techniques. • Operational Excellence – Introduced an agile development process to the engineering organization, dramatically improving productivity and throughput. In addition to product strategy and delivery, was also responsible for marketing, corporate analytics, off-shore operations, and in collaboration with the CEO, overall business strategy. • Revenue Generation - Joined when the company was pre-revenue and helped grow a $20M run rate B2B business. With the economic downturn, helped the company pivot to an almost 100% B2C model with an almost equivalent run rate. Led the release of a new social recruiting product designed to reignite the company's B2B business and accelerate growth.• Online Acquisition - Grew traffic from ~50K visitors per month to several million per month. Took registrations from 7K per month to 150K per month. Reduced cost per completed registration from $25 to $3. • Product Delivery and Innovation - Built Jobfox from a simple job listing and matching site to a company with multiple B2B and B2C product offerings, including a monthly subscription product with almost 100% margins and a $10M, high margin resume writing business. Defined the strategy for allowing Jobfox to white label their resume writing service to other sites, such as Dice and Beyond.com, which has the potential to double revenue in the next 12 months. Built from the ground up the first platform for enabling corporations and job seekers to effectively network with one another. Have multiple patents pending for these efforts.• Operational Excellence - As chief analytics officer, I was responsible for monitoring all of the company's key metrics, determining when there were problems, and performing a root cause analysis. Also ran an off-shore organization of over 60 people responsible for posting the hundreds of thousands of jobs on jobfox.com. • Executive Leadership – In addition to serving as the CEO's right-hand man, stepped in to help run the company for a 6 month period when he was unavailable as the result of a serious car accident. -
