Ownership of relationships with suppliers of Heavy Plant to continually drive value and service improvements. Scheduling and management of Construction Hoist Fleet, ensuring that all requirements are met and configuration and maintenance is carried out efficiently and effectively. Ensuring that all Inspections and Examinations (including LOLER) are carried out in accordance with industry regulations.Forward planning asset allocation, disposal and capital purchases for key equipment such as Tower Cranes and Hoists.Creating and managing company Plant Minimum Health & Safety and Sustainability Standard Documents.Part of the leadership group for driving sustainability within the Plant business function.
