Hi! I am a 2021 graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Spanish, and a minor in art. During my time at URI, I worked as a teaching assistant in a psychology course, and further developed my curiosity about the mind through my own courses. My interests in psychology are many and include subjects such as personality, mood and anxiety disorders, and sexuality.I also began to learn Spanish nine years ago, and continuing my study of the language in college has strengthened not only my ability and confidence in speaking, reading, and writing the language, but my knowledge of Spanish and Latin American culture as well. In both Spanish and English, I have learned to read critically and analyze texts for deeper meaning and connection to the real world. I enjoy writing, both academically and creatively, and have a passion for art. I’ve used my interests to bolster my academic success and have received accolades in all three of my areas of study.
