Performed consulting services as the Owner's Representative to help clients solve challenges, minimize risk and maximize outcomes in the real estate industry. I achieved this in the built environment by delivering leadership and strategic guidance, enabling PMA clients to make informed business decisions aimed at achieving or exceeding goals for their real estate project. Real estate services included Project Management, Development Management, Program Management, Construction Management and Investor Representation for a wide range of challenging projects in the region. My project experience spans both core/shell and tenant improvements, valuing over $500M of hospitality, mixed-use, retail, institutional, multi-family residential, and high tech corporate projects.

• Worked with the Oyster family on a wide range of investment operations, focusing on real estate and personal property investment management. Real Estate duties centered around asset and project management on new and existing projects.• Acted as the owner’s project management representative, from entitlement through construction, in the development of a regional hospitality attraction called the Hula Hut. This role included entitlement management, project budget and schedule development, design program management, construction management, occupancy management, and project close out.• Conducted asset management/property management on real estate encompassing retail centers, restaurant space, industrial, and residential property types.

• Managed the origination, coordination, and implementation of project entitlement plans, planning documents, zoning/land use submittals, permit submittals, environmental reports, and market research for traditional and LEED eligible vertical/land entitlement projects. Negotiated and submitted these entitlement strategies with local/state governmental agencies and constituent groups in Florida.• Teamed to complete due diligence activities, including review of environmental Phase I & II reports, on a 130 acre, $80 million industrial brownfield in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. Once completed, assisted in creating a preliminary development plan and investor package for the site. • Preformed financial and demographic analysis of asset property types including residential, commercial, and raw land. • Developed and presented market reports to senior management on product type, intensity, and focus for development projects. • Created and administered a property tax program to define and challenge values on $11.8 billion worth of taxable assets.• Managed an agricultural asset management program on agricultural land assets worth $8 billion of taxable value.

•Developed a reference tool that performed due diligence assessments on developable lands. •Compiled and presented a development report outlining commercially viable parcels in the Northern VA market.•Researched site plans of office parks in Northern VA for parking tabulation and construction information. Prepared reports detailing this information which was used to describe and analyze parking trends in this region.•Compiled and presented data for the development of a proposed $80 million semi-professional baseball stadium in downtown Richmond, VA. Collaborated with Richmond city officials to obtain geographic, demographic, and financial data for the stadium and associated development prospects.
