• Oversaw a $14.0 million security budget for enlisted and civilian security services within the state of New Jersey’s Capitol Complex. • Implemented numerous security and safety programs that included CCTV, magnetometers, package screening, intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and security policies and procedures.• Efficiently and effectively managed 60 enlisted State Police Troopers and 250 civilian security guards.• Created new security initiatives to adequately adapt to shifts in the law enforcement paradigm.• Collaborated with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners to effectively address security needs.• Fostered positive and productive “law enforcement– community” relationships by interacting with dignitaries, directors, building managers, community residents and neighborhood leaders.
