With over 45 years of work experience in business development, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can adapt to changing markets and customer needs. My mission is to help businesses grow and thrive by finding new sales opportunities, developing and managing marketing campaigns, and finding efficient and effective solutions to all business needs. As the Chief Operating Officer of Grado Labs, I am proud to be part of a family-owned company that has been making world-class headphones and audio equipment since 1953. I share the company's vision of delivering excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship to our loyal customers and fans. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a diverse business background with experience in many industries as well as a passion for music and teaching co-workers.Prior to becoming the Chief Operating Officer of Grado Labs in April 2023, I was the Director of Business Development for the same company for over four decades. In this role, I was responsible for expanding the company's reach and reputation in the global market, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and overseeing sales and distribution channels. I also leveraged my skills in new business development, social networking, and community relations to create and execute effective marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, and engage with customers and influencers. Some of the achievements that I am most proud of include securing a large contract with a major online retailer, launching a successful crowdfunding campaign for a new product line, and collaborating with renowned artists and musicians to promote the company's products and values.
