As Vice President of The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International and Adjusters International Pacific Northwest, the premier public adjusting company serving homeowners, business owners, cities, and other organizations, I utilize my 20+ years of management consulting and insurance industry experience in the U.S. and Europe, to identify and capture new, and recurring business. I am passionate about finding solutions for the company's many clients, who are typically victims of major property damage and who seek help to reconstruct their property and their life.Helping people succeed with their business is a common theme throughout my work. People are typically overwhelmed by major property damage, with many different services competing for their limited funds and time. Education is key to a successful recovery. To educate the public and policyholders, I recruit the ongoing help of allied groups. These include insurance agents and brokers, members of the Fire Service, property managers, residential building owners, attorneys, accountants, and other business professionals. To help insurance agents and brokers, and their clients, I have created a curriculum of continuing education classes for business professionals that is approved by the California Department of Insurance, the California Bureau of Real Estate, and other regulatory agencies across the Western States, Hawaii, and more. Our team at Greenspan Co./Adjusters International has taught more than 200 continuing education classes on insurance issues to 3,500+ insurance professionals. In addition, I am part of IRMI AgriCon’s cadre of instructors who teach CE classes as part of AFIS designation across the country. To carry the message of insurance claim education to the public, I also work with the Fire Service. This includes firefighters, fire investigators, prevention officers, and public risk educators to educate the public about how insurance really works, and what they should and shouldn’t do when facing a major property damage insurance claim.
