Richard Haney is the Founder, CEO and board member of X ONE, INC. Prior to founding the company Richard founded AlterWAN an networking company offering turnkey network solutions. Mr. Haney has held Executive, VP and Director level positions with roles primarily in marketing, sales and engineering. Mr. Haney started his career at Lockheed. Richard later joined Timeplex where he specified and managed the development of the first pre TCP/IP routers called Switching Microplexer creating the first network appliances for building mesh (routing) networking solutions. Work opportunities included, Dolez Networks, Fujitsu and NRC before venturing out on his own. Mr. Haney holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology and a M.S. degree in Computer Science both from San Jose State University.
