Leads 12 person team local team and partners with corporate team to keep the lights on at Hill Air Force Base by performing Construction Project Management, Infrastructure Resilience Planning, Cost Estimating, Electrical Utility System Operation & Maintenance, Capital Improvement planning and budgeting.

Directed facility support activities for five Air Force bases with a plant replacement value of $18 Billion. Developed policy and advocated for resources supporting 100,000 people. Specialized in strategic planning/visioning, budgeting, program and project management, land use planning, and energy strategy/management. Led 90-person senior staff team on spectrum of engineering support to missile launch facilities and three major airfields. Directed AF Global Strike Command's Crisis Action Team.

Commanded the Continental United States’ largest Air Force Mission Support Group. Served as City Manager for Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, home of the Air Force basic training campus--the Gateway to the USAF for more than 30,000 Airmen each year. Set vision for engineering, security, contracting, logistics, personnel support, and communications activities. Led 5,000 Airmen and executed a $157 Million annual budget. Delivered reliable installation support to city-sized population of 72,000 people in over a dozen unique organizations. Managed airport supporting military fighter jets and commercial cargo carriers. While the Lackland City Manager I served as liaison to the City of San Antonio.

Provided overall direction, management, and administration for Air Mobility Command’s worldwide Military Construction (MILCON), Military Family Housing, high value operations & maintenance, and other capital investments programs valued in excess of $250 Million annually. Led 23-person staff in developing funding strategies, analysis, and guidance for $2 Billion in programs across the Future Years Defense Plan. Programmed facility investments for facilities supporting cargo aircraft on five continents.
