I am leading a team of visionaries through every step of opening a new restaurant/club while creating industry leading standards of operation in order to protect our crew and guests from the COVID Pandemic.

I initiated the return of the highest profile, flagship Hooters store to excellence through a CULTURE of Respect for the People and the Standards. My Team and I achieved the highest BSA score that the store has been awarded in recent years. The previous score was a 65, we scored a 92 which was submitted with the comment “this is great, it’s not even the same store”. I grew sales to lead all Arizona and New Mexico stores in sales over last year.

I functioned as a complete HR and Operations Department managing every facet of people and Daily Ops at the two Sky Harbor locations. I was the company signer, parking representative and was involved in every step of opening the airport locations. I hired every employee (Breadhead), conducted the opening orientation and directed the training of all airport staff.

I am the company General Manager used to bring stores to standard and train the new General Manager to take over the store. I most recently handed off our Scottsdale location and i am currently supporting and training at our Tempe location while construction is under way at Sky Harbor.

Develop and implement procedures for company wide catering. Motivate and support restaurant catering managers. I held this position while managing our Flagstaff location.

I am the General Manager of the Wildflower Bread Company in Flagstaff Arizona. I consistantly lead the company in food cost, labor net profit and in store/catering sales. My career is directed at opening and creating the culture in new stores. My location ran 2nd best in sales and net profit over last year for 2012. I am self managed in my location.

Flight Attendant primarily bidding First Class. I was appointed the Retirement and Insurance Chairperson for the Association of Flight Attendants at America West Airlines. I represented 2,500 flight attendants at the airline. In this position, I had ongoing negotiations and relations with the upper management at the airline. I worked with the Pilots Union and planned and conducted informational seminars for the workforce. I was involved in representing workers in claim negotiations and hearings for disability and workers compensation claims. I was involved in the first labor contract at America West Airlines and served through the hand off of Bill Franke to Doug Parker. I held this position for 4 years at America West Airlines. I can work on both sides.
