As a manager of the engineering department of FlowTherm Systems, I was responsible for onboarding new talent and leading a team of creative individuals to deliver quality engineered, packaged, systems to a broad range of HVAC/Industrial projects.My responsibilities included my previous responsibilities as a Mechanical Engineer while adding: setting individual and team goals, meeting weekly with individuals, setting weekly time lines for projects (intake to delivery of submittals) managing resources of individuals (time, work load, PTO/holiday, skill sets, ect).
